Sweetie Tuning Pratt has over 30 years of administrative/executive, human resources, and managerial experiences under various sectors of the government in Liberia. As a Liberian native, Sweetie began her career with the Ministry of Finance as a Supervisor overseeing the revenues of the ID card department. She later managed taxes under the Bureau of Internal Revenues. Sweetie has worked as an Executive Secretary to the Minister of Lands, Mines and Energy; Executive Secretary to the President/CEO of Royal Timber Corporation; Administrative Assistant to the Charge d’ Affaires of the European Commission Office; Personal Secretary to President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf; Chief of Staff to Senator Oscar Cooper of Margibi County Liberia, and now the executive secretary to the chairman of the National Election Committee. Additionally, Sweetie comes with a vast knowledge in the human resources field as she was a Human Resources Manager at the Electoral Reform International Services and Carter Center UK.
