Karina Dean is the Co-Founder of the Koimene Impact Foundation. As a Human Resources Professional, she specializes in training, coaching and leadership development. Over the past eight years, Karina has managed the operations of various non-profit and for-profit organizations. She thrives on empowering organizations in Liberia and bringing a positive light to all the resources Liberia has to offer. Inspired by her Human Resources career and passion in the real estate industry, she helped launch the Koimene Impact Foundation to bring effective change to Liberia’s most stigmatized communities.
